Meet Alan

Once overweight and unhappy, I found my way to a life I love, and now I help other people find their way there, too.

I wasn’t always this guy

I wasn't always a fitness guy. I wasn't always confident in my body. And I definitely didn't have all the answers.

There was a time when I wasn't particularly happy with where I was in life, or with the person I saw in the mirror. Eventually, I decided something had to change. Not for a month. Not for a vacation. Not because I wanted to look good in a picture.

I wanted to change my life.

Where I Was

Changing your life sounds simple when you say it afterward.

It wasn’t.

There were workouts that sucked. Days when I didn’t want to train. Meals that didn’t go according to plan. Setbacks. Frustration. Plenty of moments when taking the easy way out would have been much more comfortable.

But somewhere along the way, something changed. I stopped looking at fitness as something I was doing. It became something I was learning.

I learned how to train. I learned how to eat. I learned how to be consistent when motivation wasn’t there. Most importantly, I learned that getting healthier wasn’t about becoming someone else.

It was about becoming a better version of myself.

What Changed

The biggest lesson wasn't how to lose weight. It was learning that fitness is supposed to improve your life, not take it over.

That's something I carry into every personal training session today.

You don't need to live in a gym. You don't need to follow a perfect diet. You don't need to be motivated every day. And you certainly don't need another generic workout handed to you by someone who doesn't know anything about you. You need to understand what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to keep doing it when life gets in the way.

That's coaching.

Why does my story matter to you?

Because I know what it's like to be on the other side of the starting line.

I know what it's like to have to change. And I know that the hardest part isn't usually knowing what to do. It's doing it consistently enough for it to become part of your life.

That's why I don't believe in cookie-cutter personal training. I don't believe everyone needs the same workout, the same diet, or the same path. I believe good coaching starts by paying attention. To where you are. To where you want to go. To what has stopped you before. And to what your life actually looks like outside the gym.

Then we build from there.

Success Stories

This Is The Part That Matters

You don’t need to become a fitness fanatic. You don’t need to become someone who loves every workout. You just need to become someone who can take care of yourself, and keep doing it. That’s what I want for my clients. Not a temporary transformation. Not a six-week victory that disappears six weeks later.

A better life.

Alan is AWESOME!!!!!

Very knowledgeable trainer. He makes workouts fun, pushes me when I need that extra motivation, and calls me out on the BS!

THE WORK DOESN’T END HERE.

We're not training so you can be your best inside the gym.

We're training so you can be your best outside of it.
